Our Store Manager is the leader of the showroom. This role combines sales leadership, team development, customer satisfaction, merchandising, daily operations, and creating a culture where employees and customers both enjoy being part of Central Appliance. You'll guide the team, help improve processes, celebrate wins, and ensure the store operates with excellence every day.
